Where are you in your life today?
Establish exactly where the client is in this moment. The client rates the following on a scale from 1 to 10 (10 being the highest):
- Social Life
- Outside Interests
What would you like to address first?
Based on the answers relating to the client’s satisfaction with the above areas of their life, we determine the exact issue to be addressed.
What do you want to accomplish? When would you like to accomplish it?
Coach and client create a list of realistic, specific, and measurable goals based on what is most important to the client. Goals are thoroughly discussed, written down, dated and given a specific time line in which to be completed.
How will you do this?
Develop weekly tasks based on the overall goal. Together we formulate weekly action challenges – smaller pieces of the whole. We compartmentalize each overall goal and systematically review the steps necessary to attain it.
What will move you forward?
The client commits to weekly accountability for the completion of action challenges.
Did you complete the tasks?
Action challenges are addressed in the beginning of each subsequent session.
Are you closer to your desired outcome?
Action challenges are completed, acknowledged and dovetail into the overall goal.
Have you accomplished what you set out to do?
The process is repeated until the overall goal or goals are achieved.
The Clearer Course Method is effective because of its simplicity and ease of use. It is designed to save the client time and money in achieving goals more rapidly with regular sessions lasting approximately 60 minutes. When goals are achieved, satisfaction is inevitable.
This method makes it possible for anyone to achieve their desired results.
